Order and shipping questions

The nine questions the export desk answers most often. Anything not covered here is settled on the quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is set per line and printed on every row of the specification table. It starts at 200 pcs on the Bonded Softshell Jacket and runs to 100,000 on the Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie. Mixed containers combining several lines are quoted case by case.

How does tier pricing work?

Each line carries three quantity bands. The band price is the unit price for the whole quantity ordered, not a marginal rate, so a 1,100 piece order on a line banded 1,000-4,999 is invoiced at that band price. Band prices are held for 30 days from the quotation date.

What are the payment terms?

30 per cent T/T deposit with the order and the balance against the copy of the bill of lading. Letter of credit at sight is accepted above USD 30,000. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.

Which shipping terms do you work on?

FOB, CIF and EXW. Consolidation across divisions is available, and the export desk books space fourteen days before the ready date so the production window and the sailing schedule stay aligned.

How long is production?

The current window is 12-20 days from artwork approval and deposit, depending on the line; the exact figure is shown on each row above. Carton marking, inspection and shipping documents are prepared in parallel with packing.

Can we sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Stock samples ship in five to seven days. Custom colour, print or construction samples take ten to fourteen days and are charged at the sample rate, which is credited against the bulk order.

Do you handle private label and custom packaging?

Yes. Neck labels, hangtags, polybag printing, carton printing and retail-ready gift boxes are produced in-house. Artwork is checked line by line against the specification sheet before sampling begins.

Which documents ship with the order?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the customs code for every line in the specification table. Test reports, inspection certificates and SVHC declarations are added on request.

How are quality claims handled?

Buyers inspect each carton on arrival and raise claims within seven days of receipt, with carton photos, counts by line and the outer carton label reference. Shortage or transit damage is noted on the carrier delivery note before signing. Printed, branded or altered goods fall outside the window.
