Quotations and orders
Quotations are issued per line and quantity band, on the trade terms stated in the quotation (FOB, CIF or EXW). An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and the agreed deposit is received.
Quality and claims
Goods are produced to the specification confirmed at order. Inspect shipments on arrival and report shortages or damage promptly with photos; verified claims are settled with replacements or credit.
Customs and duties
Import duties, taxes and clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless the quotation states DDP.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under your local consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts at the seller’s registered place of business have jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
