This policy explains what CORMHOLM collects when you use this site and what we do with it. The short version: the minimum needed to serve an order or a quotation, kept no longer than necessary, never sold. The store named above is the data controller for the personal information described below.
What we collect
- Order information. Name, email, delivery address and order contents, so we can fulfil and support your purchase.
- Payment. Payments are arranged per quotation and processed by bank transfer or PayPal as agreed. We never see or store full card credentials.
- Technical data. Server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies. A session cookie keeps your cart working between visits; analytics, if enabled, is anonymised. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
- We do not store payment card numbers on our systems.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the parties who make your order possible: the payment processor, our carrier and our email provider. Legal authorities may be provided data where the law requires.
