Basis of quotation
Every line is quoted in three quantity bands, on FOB, CIF or EXW terms as stated in the quotation. Prices are per unit in the catalogue currency and exclude import duties unless the quotation says otherwise.
MOQ and packing
MOQs vary per line and are printed with every entry; send the line, quantity and destination port and the export desk returns a quotation within one business day.
Lead time
Lead time is printed on every line and starts once the deposit is received and materials are confirmed. The export desk keeps you updated at production milestones.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed on each quotation: typically a deposit at order with the balance settled before shipment.
Inspection and claims
Inspect on arrival; report shortages or damage promptly with photos and carton labels. Verified claims are settled with replacements or credit.
Samples and private label
Sample terms are quoted per line. Several lines support private label – packaging, labels and print are confirmed per order.
